Solutions Outpatient Services' Program is a focused, structured model designed to assist people in identifying their addictions, develop a plan of recovery, and take personal accountability for their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. The focused, structured work is necessary for positive change to occur. Contracts are often necessary for forward movement. Clients will develop a contract upon entry and maintain this contract throughout the program.

The program closely resembles inpatient treatment without lodging. All three Phases mentioned below are important parts of this process. In Phase I, clients are therapeutically involved in groups or lectures for a total of 12 hours per week, one Family Weekend program, and one night of family counseling. In Phase II, clients participate for 6 hours per week and one night of family counseling. In Phase III, clients participate in Aftercare 2 hours for one night per week.
