Jordan, LCSW, LCDC
Owner/Executive Director
Lois is Owner and Program Director of
Solutions Outpatient Services, which opened in 1995. From 1988 until February 1999 she maintained a private
practice devoted to individual, group, and family therapy at Phoenix Counseling and
Education Center, which she also owned. Before going into private practice, she served as the
Executive Director of the Chemical Awareness Council from 1985 to 1988. Lois was recognized in 1987 as both Highland Park's and University Park's Most Distinguished Citizen
and was the Grand Marshal in the Highland Park 4th of July Parade for her contribution in
the areas of chemical dependency and codependency. She serves as an Advisory
Committee Member of C.A.R.E. - Park Cities YMCA
and is a past Board
Member of the Greater Dallas Council on Alcohol and Drug
Abuse. Lois is also a nationally recognized speaker and has made guest appearances on
national and local television and radio shows, including The Oprah
Winfrey Show, KTRK-TV's Debra Duncan Show (Houston's ABC affiliate), KRLD 1080's
Legal Eagles Show, 570 KLIF Radio's Weekend Well-Being Show, Todays Family TV Show, and the Dr. Lynn Weiss Show.

Mary Donna Noack, MA, LCDC
Youth and
Young Adult Services
Director
A graduate of Vanderbilt University with a major in
psychology, Mary Donna began her career in the substance abuse field in 1992
when she became Director of Education for the Park Cities Chemical Awareness
Council, counseling and educating at-risk youths and families affected by
alcohol and drug addiction. She continued her work with
adolescents as a counselor for the Greater Dallas Council on Alcohol and Drug
Abuse and as Assistant Supervisor of the Dallas County Juvenile Department
Substance Abuse Unit. Mary Donna most recently worked at Homeward Bound
Treatment Center in Dallas, serving as Sr. Counselor for Women’s
Detox and Residential Unit and as Director
of Outpatient Services. Additionally, she has developed and presented
prevention and education programs to schools, churches, and community
organizations throughout the Dallas Metroplex. Mary Donna is currently working
towards her Masters Degree in Counseling at Amber University. She is the
mother of two grown sons, a past member of the Junior League of Dallas, and a
past Board Member of CARE at Park Cities
YMCA. Mary Donna’s personal
experience with addiction and recovery and her counseling experience with
virtually every level of substance abuse treatment (prevention, education,
outpatient, residential, and detox) provide her with not only a comprehensive
understanding of the denial, progression, and devastation that are intrinsic
to the disease of addiction but also with the hope, healing, and miracles that
are the gifts of recovery.

Larry Bearden,
MS, LPC
Adult Services
Director
Larry, a native Dallasite,
graduated from the University of Texas in Austin with a BBA in Finance. He
worked for 17 years as a stockbroker with EF Hutton, Paine Webber, and CUNA
Brokerage. Because of his compassion for people, he later decided to become
a counselor and graduated from Texas A&M-Commerce in 1997 with an MS in
Counseling. Larry worked with Cornell Companies from 1998 until he recently
came on board at Solutions. He received his Licensed Professional Counselor
license in 1999 and has extensive experience in inpatient and outpatient
counseling and has completed counseling training in family of origin and
codependency. Larry has been active in his own recovery since 1989.

Turner Aldridge, MA, LPC Intern
Family
Counselor
Turner grew up locally and is a
graduate of Highland Park High School. He attended the University of Arizona
where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Communication with a minor in
Sociology. Turner worked as a patient advocate for Vista Taos Renewal Center
in Taos, New Mexico before returning to Dallas to pursue his Masters Degree
in Counseling Psychology. During his Graduate studies, Turner worked at
Solutions as a Counselor Tech where he also completed his practicum hours.
He achieved his Masters Degree in Counseling at Amber University in the
spring of 2007. Turner has also recently completed a week of intensive
Professionals in Residence training at the Hazelden Center for Youth and
Families in Plymouth Minnesota.

John M. Talmadge, M. D.
Consulting Addiction Psychiatrist
Dr. John Talmadge brings to the
Solutions team a profound commitment and passion for work with people and
his special calling in the addictions. Over the past twenty-five years he
has built a solid reputation as a physician, psychiatrist, psychotherapist,
educator, and community leader. His accomplishments include the design and
development of a range of intensive treatment services, including programs
for adolescents, adults, and families. He has lectured and taught in five
medical schools in Texas. Currently he is on the full-time medical school
faculty as Professor of Psychiatry at
The University of Texas Southwestern
Medical Center at Dallas. As Director of the Addiction Psychiatry Fellowship
Training Program at UT Southwestern, Dr. Talmadge is dedicated to educating
health professionals as well as our community. Dr. Talmadge has received
numerous teaching awards, including Outstanding Teacher of the Year as well
as the Dean’s Award for Excellence in Medical Education. He has served as an
examiner for the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, a surveyor for
the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, and a
faculty member in child psychiatry, forensic psychiatry, and geriatric
psychiatry fellowship programs.

Bill Jordan
Business Manager
Bill has been involved with Solutions since
its inception. In addition to being a partner in a commercial real estate brokerage
business, Grady Jordan & Company, Realtors,
he serves as Solutions' Webmaster and Designer, computer network system consultant, desktop publisher, and overall
troubleshooter for the various business systems. He is a member of the
Salesmanship Club of Dallas,
a past Committee Member of C.A.R.E. - Park Cities YMCA,
a Board Member of Another Solution,
Inc., and is a past Chairman of the Dallas Community Police
Awards Committee (represented by 12 major civic groups in Dallas, including the
Salesmanship Club) that selects the Dallas Police Department's Officer of the Month.
