the Officer of the Month and Officer of the Year of the

On March 14, 1999, Lois was a guest
with Highland Park
Police Chief Darrell Fant on KRLD's Legal Eagles show.
U.S. Attorney Paul Coggins
(the show's host), Lois, and
Chief Fant discussed underage drinking and the legal
ramifications for both parents and children. Lois also
spoke on the warning signs parents
should look for if
they suspect their children are becoming addicted to
alcohol and drugs. |
