25 Years of Solutions
Solutions Outpatient Services believes that treatment is only the beginning of recovery. Continuing care begins upon admission in the assessment and continues until discharge. Solutions' counselors not only work with the client to develop a comprehensive continuing care plan, but they also facilitate the family's continuing care plans as well.
Typically, a continuing care plan would include referrals for individual and/or group counseling, Twelve-Step support groups, and sometimes residential settings are recommended to ensure a better chance of recovery. We assist our clients in transitioning out of treatment and back into daily living without the use of alcohol or drugs.
Aftercare participation is free of charge and is included as part of the client and family's written discharge commitment. Alumni contacts are given to both clients and family members. Solutions Outpatient Services believes the continuing care plan is one of the most important parts of a client's treatment.
